ASSESSMENT is the module within valoRHa oriented at processes of:

  • Evaluation and selection of personnel (apt for large scale processes).
  • Fitting people to positions: Functional restructuring and/or internal promotions.
  • Assessment of the human capital within organisations and planning career paths.
  • Designing and redesigning work teams.
  • Covering strategic positions (executive/management profiles, middle management, technical staff).

ASSESSMENT adapts the tests to one or various previously defined professional profiles, thereby prioritising the most appropriate skills for the post or for the personnel needs of the company. In addition, it compiles “suitability rankings” for the position, thereby facilitating the decision of who the ideal candidate or worker is.
