The multidisciplinary aspect of the team that was involved in developing the valoRHa software has enabled us to generate a new series of tests. These have been created to evaluate “specific professional profiles” in response to the demands of the current market:

• Evaluation for electronic circuit board assembly technicians.
• Evaluation for scanning system operators at Airport security.
• Evaluation for commercial pilots.

Despite their recent adaptation to the Spanish market, these modules have been successfully used in numerous personnel selection and evaluation processes by internationally renowned companies from the aeronautic and technology sectors.

At present, work is being carried out on the development of an honesty test that is soon to be launched in Spain. This software will test potential candidates’ levels of honesty and integrity, when the position in question is of a highly “sensitive” nature. Obviously, it can also be used on the organisation’s current staff.
